Kenny Jones, our companies founder, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has spent more than three decades in the dental field.  Kenny is affiliated with the International Institute for Business Analysis, and the Practice Valuation Study Group, a national organization committed to excellence in practice sales and appraisal methodology.  Licenses:  Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, Insurance Broker, Securities Broker, series 6 and 63.  Kenny graduated in 1979 from the University of Central Florida (B.S.B.A.) and serves clients in Southeast Florida.  2008-2009 President National Association of Practice Brokers and Consultants.

MaryAnn Serkin, is a native of Northwest Pennsylvania and a graduate of Penn State University. After a successful career with multiple National Corporations, she consulted and managed a family dental practice in Central Florida for nearly ten years. Having recently moved to Flagler Beach, she is the Doctors Choice Companies Agent serving the coastal communities or Northeast and Central Florida.

Marshall Berger, DDS, is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry.  Dr. Berger's career includes:  Associate Professor, Nova Southeast, College of Dentistry, including Planning and development, 1996-2004; General Practice - Hollywood, Florida, 1969-1995; General Practice - Chicago, Illinois, 1964-1969; US Air Force, 1962-1964.

Curtis F. Johnson,  was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and raised in Miami.  After attending the Univ. of Miami, he received his dental training in the Navy.  After his discharge from the navy and graduation from the school of business at FAU, he continued his dental career in Retail Dental Sales, with the L.M. Anderson Co.  In 1982 he was transferred to Central Florida to be Saslow Dental's (currently Patterson Dental) General Manager at the Orlando branch office.  Curtis also formed his own company, Central Dental, Inc. of Orlando.  After 35 yrs of retail dental service, Curtis retired, having been the equipment specialist at Benco Dental.  Curtis earned his license as a real estate sales associate in 2004 and currently works full time for Doctors Choice Co's, Brokering Dental Practice Opportunities.

Mary Lou Johnson,  was born in Hagerstown, Maryland and grew up in West Virginia, graduating from West Virginia Univ. with a bachelor of science degree in Elementary Education.  After graduation she moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and taught in Broward County for 12 yrs.  She met and married Curtis F. Johnson in South Florida.  They moved to Orlando, where Mary Lou continued her career in teaching, retiring with 33 yrs of service.  Mary Lou earned her license as a real estate sales associate in 2004 and currently works full time for Doctors Choice Co's, Brokering Dental Practice Opportunities.

Morcie Smith CFP,  is a licensed Sales Associate (Practice Broker) and Certified Financial Planner with over 28 years of financial services expertise. He comes from a family of dentists and has practical everyday experience in managing and running a dental practice.  As a long time Tampa Bay area resident, he offers extensive knowledge of Florida West Coast area as well as insight into the needs of those individuals seeking to transition into our out of a practice.

Tony Cruz, DMD is a licensed sales associate with over 20 years experience in the dental profession. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and his DMD degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. After receiving a GPR certificate from Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach in 1991 he began his restorative practice in Coral Gables, FL.  He has been involved in a variety of dental practice settings from managed care to FFS working as an associate, partner and solo practitioner. After selling his practice in 2005, through Doctor's Choice Companies, Tony has worked as a financial planner, insurance and transition consultant. He understands the needs of dental professionals and strives to create win-win situations with his clients. He is currently a member of the Practice Valuation Study Group and provides professional Practice brokerage services throughout Dade County and the Florida Keys.

Maggie Jones,  has worked with Doctor’s Choice Companies for the past 13 years, and has a comprehensive understanding of a dentist needs.   She has been involved in the dental field for over 30 years.
